Whitby ArtNet

About us

Whitby ArtNet is a self funding, non profit making organisation which was established by a group of Whitby artists to promote the awareness and practice of the arts in and around Whitby. This charming town, with its numerous historical connections and proximity to both moors and coast, has long provided inspiration to artists.

Art works represented include paintings (watercolours, oils, acrylics and mixed media), ceramics, stained glass, wrought iron, textiles, batik and much more.

Sampled artist: Graham Rhodes

Graham Rhodes runs the Aakschipper Images galleryand web site. It features his work as an artist/photographer and features images of both Whitby and Scarborough.
